snow day ... first of 2011

snow days are the best because instantly you are a kid again and add snowballs - snow angels - sleds - hats - coats - scarfs - mittens - boots - snowmen - and my camera ... oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!! me and the wee one had so much fun and they have already called snow day number two for tomorrow...whoot!  we are hoping for #3....  here are some pics from the snow day hike and a snow night hike

whether it is the best art you have ever seen or the worst art you have ever... to me it is not the point... people walk around this art and it is normal and expected... i mean i think art should be embraced and everywhere and if you are exposed to art and think it is or can be any where then you will be more inclined to buy art or make art or have a style or an opinion on art... some of it was made my students... some copies of "greek/roman - esque" art ... some was huge and others were just funny... but, there was art every where... that was the cool part for me

marketing begs me to ask why

don't you think you could come up with a better name then "citrus reamer" ... i know i am as dirty as the next guy [probably dirtier] but, this would be something i would expect to see at hustler's hollywood and not publix....when you are hired in marketing... why would that be your decision?  i'm just saying... it is even the shape of a "reamer".... am i the only one that thinks this is just a little warped?

i am going to try to upload more pictures from my travels...had a two week excursion...down through chattanooga, atlanta, macon, tampa to sarasota up to tallahassee, montgomery, birmingham, nashville, knoxville and finally up in the mountains in east tn.

and you would think that you would never have to tell anyone not to molest something that could potentally eat you but, apparently it is fl st. statute 372.667... wow! and that would make me then ask who or what was the cause of the creation of this statute... think about it
